FAQ

  • Will the artwork look like it does on my computer?
This is a complicated answer. Actual prints do not always look like something you see on any phone or computer screen. Our prints will be technically identical to the original artwork that we imaged in real life, or they will be the exact same quality as the image that is sent to us electronically. It is important to know that if we do not digitally capture the artwork, then our prints can only match the quality of the electronic image we received. Any specific requests or adjustments wanted before we print the image should be specified at the time of the order.
  • How does pricing work?
Pricing for gallery items are set by the artist, which is why they can vary. If you are an artist, pricing is set on time of labor and cost of materials.
  • Can I order a print of my art or a picture I have?
You most definitely can! In this case, go into the "Artist Services" section, and click on the "Printing" option. Once you select that option, it will give you further details regarding scheduling and how we price our prints for original works. It will involve reaching out to us directly, but read that section first (1-min read) to have a good idea of what information we will need from you.
  • How does shipping work?
All shipping will be paid for by the individual ordering the artwork. Shipping will vary based on the size and amount of artwork ordered. General shipping costs average between $10 and $30 for a single tube or box.
  • Will you do on-site photography?
Yes we will! This will be an hourly rate, and you must contact us directly through email or phone to figure out the job, schedule times, and receive pricing estimates.
  • Do the artists get paid when I order?
Yes they do! All artwork you buy from our site pays the artist directly, and we receive a commission for our work as well. Therefore, you aren't only getting a product you want, but your are supporting the art community too!!
